1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MCP Notify ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MCP Notify provides push notification delivery from MCP (Model Context Protocol) compatible AI agents and automation tools to your iOS devices. The Service includes:
- iOS application for receiving notifications
- MCP server for sending notifications
- API for programmatic notification delivery
3. User Accounts
- No traditional account registration required
- Device pairing creates an anonymous session
- API keys are generated automatically during pairing
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
4. Acceptable Use
You May:
- Send notifications from your own MCP agents and tools
- Use the Service for personal and commercial projects
- Integrate with automation workflows you control
You May Not:
- Send unsolicited notifications (spam)
- Attempt to overwhelm the Service (DoS attacks)
- Share API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Resell access to the Service without permission
5. Service Tiers & Quotas
- Free Tier: 100 notifications per month
- Pro Tier: 10,000 notifications per month
- Enterprise: Custom limits available
Exceeding quotas will result in notifications being queued or rejected until the next billing cycle.
6. Service Availability
MCP Notify is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Push notification delivery depends on Apple's APNs infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
MCP Notify and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Missed or delayed notifications
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Damages arising from use of the Service
- Third-party actions or APNs availability
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time by unpairing your device
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
